grivel, leaving this filed against the Ubuntu project without a specific
package won't attract the attention of the developers that can help with
the reported issue so I'm adding the 'firmware-updater' project and the
fwupd package as a backup.

Bug description:
  Updated to 23.10, first the advertised firmware updater was nowhere to
  be found, so I installed the snap by hand. It doesn't launch, a window
  opens and a spinning wheel is shown, but no success launching the
  application.
