I see this in Aptlog.txt:

Which indicates that you still have packages from this PPA[1], which has
been known to cause upgrade issues in the past. Please try to remove all
packages installed from that PPA, and then try the upgrade again.
You do have many other PPAs in use, so it could be one of those as well.
