Title:
"c{motion}" temporary cancels 'linebreak' option for current line
Status in vim package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
When editing long text using the c command, vim seems to temporarily
disable the "linebreak" option. This can be very annoying when editing
long lines of text.
A thorough discussion of this bug can be found in the Debian BTS

I am encountering this bug on Ubuntu 15.04 running vim
2:7.4.488-3ubuntu2.
Debian fixed this issue by backporting patch 7.4.576 into the vim
package 2:7.4.488-7. It would be great if Ubuntu could backport/sync.
