On ubuntu 23.10 there isn't any problems, but ubuntu 23.10 and 23.04
excludes nvidia 390 driver. So, why you have 340 and 540, but excludes
390? This was the reason to roll-off to Ubuntu 22.04, but here I have
got the depency hell.

Trying to downgrade apt, libapt, libudev, it does not help, whereas
downgrade helped to solve the problem with libgail-3-0 package. Also, I
have the same depency problems with virtualbox.

So, please, help me to fix nvidia-390 driver in 23.10, in order to not
solve the problems with 22.04.
