  Xorg login broken under mantic

Status in ubuntu-raspi-settings package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The "Ubuntu on Xorg" login option does not work on Ubuntu Desktop for
  Pi mantic images. The following stanza (present in RaspiOS) needs
  adding to the Xorg configuration (which is probably best done under
  ubuntu-raspi-settings-desktop):

    Section "OutputClass"
      Identifier "vc4"
      MatchDriver "vc4"
      Driver "modesetting"
      Option "PrimaryGPU" "true"
    EndSection
