Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:

cp: error writing
'/var/tmp/mkinitramfs_b204YJ//usr/lib/modules/5.13.0-52-generic/kernel/drivers/net/ethernet/mellanox/mlxsw/mlxsw_spectrum.ko':
No space left on device

So generating the initramfs fails because your root partition is full.
Please cleanup your root partition. Feel free to continue to report any
other bugs you may find.
