[Bug 2047437] [NEW] package libcrypt1 (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: installing libcrypt1:amd64 would break existing software

Public bug reported:

  when do-release-upgrade form 18.04 to 20.04,some problems occurred,it
seems that these bugs come from lib6c and libcrypt1,some errors are list
as follows:

dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/libcrypt1_1%3a4.4.10-10ubuntu4_amd64.deb (--unpack):
installing libcrypt1:amd64 would break existing software
dpkg: regarding .../libcrypt1_1%3a4.4.10-10ubuntu4_i386.deb containing libcrypt1:i386:
libcrypt1:i386 breaks libc6 (<< 2.31)
  libc6:amd64 (version 2.27-3ubuntu1.6) is present and installed.
  libc6:i386 (version 2.27-3ubuntu1.6) is present and installed.
