I have been trying to upgrade kubuntu 23.04 to 23.10 via konsole.
Messages are:

$ pkexec do-release-upgrade -m desktop -f DistUpgradeViewKDE
Checking for a new Ubuntu release
kde

I then get an error in a window:

Cant install 'kubuntu desktop'
