[Bug 2047649] [NEW] partition failure and system crush

Hello,

I wrongly deleted partition /windows in Windows and then Ubuntu failed :(. As I try to reinstall ubuntu with a usb disk, it show me that 
'unable to install grub in /dev/sda 
executing 'grub-install /dev/sda' failed.' this is a fatal error.

Appreciate for any suggestion from you.
