The rebuild is again lunar-released. Most packages have been fixed in
lunar-proposed, and are waiting to migrate.

consul(#2006724) ,golang-go-semver(#2006896) are expected to be removed.

Two Ubuntu specific package are FTBFS (#2006676):  google-osconfig-agent, snapd
Both have patches for them.
