Public bug reported:
Ubuntu Studio is currently making an attempt to switch from Plasma
Discover handling all updates to using Update Manager to handle updates
instead, keeping with the Ubuntu way of updating as opposed to the
Packagekit frontend which misses a lot of items and tends to ignore
items intended for phased updates.
Right now, Update Manager, when run, while running updates, shows the
attached dialog, sometimes repeatedly. This is bad UX and needs to be
resolved before we can ship this.
'Configuration file "//.config.debconf-kde-helperrc" not writable.
Please contact your system administrator.'
** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
