It seems like libswitch-perl does have autopkgtest. Sorry for the
mistake. Launchpad does not allow me to edit the long post, so I will
list the changes to the MIR report below:
Replace the "- The package does not run an autopkgtest because it is not
implemented" sentence in the section "[Quality assurance - testing]"
with:
- The package runs an autopkgtest, and is currently passing on
amd64 arm64 armhf ppc64el s390x, link to test logs
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/libswitch-perl
(i386 failed due to unmet dependencies)

Bug description:
TDB by foundations.
libdigest-md5-file-perl is a tiny extension of the core language's
libdigest-md5-perl module to calculate the md5 sum of files. No
further MIR dependencies expected.
libswitch-perl is a tiny module, also maintained by the Debian Perl
Group. It has been in main in the past and is looking good overall,
but the MIR team requested that a new template should be filed for
this before promotion, as the old MIR is very old and didn't apply all
the new (stricter) rules. see LP: #785607
