[Bug 2008078] [NEW] Wrong keyboard layout was selected in Kubuntu Installer

Public bug reported:

During the installation of Kubuntu Desktop amd64 (Jammy 22.04.2) on an
Lenovo ThinkPad X201 with german QWERTZ keyboard layout the
English/English layout was selected by default.

Correct was German/German.

I used the the following build:
https://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/442/builds

This is just a minor inconvenience.
