This is due to lsb-release simply being Ubuntu and is common to all
flavors. Since Kubuntu is not a separate distribution to Ubuntu, this is
expected.

Bug description:
  After the installation of Kubuntu Desktop amd64 (Jammy 22.04.2)
  alongside Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS on an Lenovo ThinkPad X201 GRUB displayed
  Kubuntu as Ubuntu.

  I used the the following build:

  This is just a minor inconvenience.
