I was educated that arm64 does not run on the Raspberry Pi 2. The armhf
image should run there. The Testcase for arm64 should be removed.

Bug description:
  I tested the following image on the Raspberry Pi 2:
  http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-server/jammy/daily-preinstalled/20230217.1/jammy-preinstalled-server-arm64+raspi.img.xz

  It did not boot after the rainbow splash screen. Also no output
  appeared on the UART interface (PIN 14 and 15).

  The Pi boots into the Raspberry Pi OS stock image. A hardware defect
  seems unlikely to me.
