I ran "sudo apt-get update" from the terminal, and update-manager came
up saying there were packages to upgrade. Then I upgraded them from the
terminal, and after I finished and closed the terminal update-manager
was still saying they needed to be upgraded. So I told update-manager to
install the updates, and it crashed.
