** Description changed:
- The missing build-dependency is provided by the recent dh-cargo 30.
+ The fix is to merge dh-cargo 30 from Debian unstable, from the current
+ version 28ubuntu1
+
+ Below are the changelog entries for versions 29 and 30:
+
+ ================================================================
+
+ dh-cargo (30) unstable; urgency=medium
+
+ * wrap-and-sort -ast
+ * Add Provides: dh-sequence-cargo
+ * Avoid stripping Cargo.toml.orig (Closes: #1023413)
+ * Declare Rules-Requires-Root: no
+ * Clarify package description, clearing using-first-person-in-description
+ * d/copyright: correct Source URL to point explicitly to salsa
+ * d/copyright: update dates, include other contributors
+ * Add myself to uploaders

+
+ dh-cargo (29) unstable; urgency=medium
+
+ [ Rob Shearman ]
+ * dh-cargo-built-using: avoid varying package order if LC_ALL is set
+
+ [ Sylvestre Ledru ]
+ * Update standards version to 4.6.1, no changes needed.

+ ==================================================================
+
+
+ dh-cargo has been uploaded to https://launchpad.net/~schopin/+archive/ubuntu/dh-cargo/+packages along with rust-document-features which succesfully built.
+
+
+ I believe those changes are relatively safe. However, one caveat is that it would trigger ~3000 autopkgtests (multiplied by our number of test arches) due to the way the Rust ecosystem is structured in the archive.
** Summary changed:
- rust-document-features FTBFS due to missing dh-sequence-cargo
