Hi Gunnar

aptdaemon's autopkgtests had already regressed in release [1] on
2022-12-17 after setuptools/65.5.0-1 migrated.

I triggered a test with all-proposed=1 that ran at 2023-01-09 14:35:14
UTC and that was with setuptools 65.6.3-1 and nose 1.3.7-9, and still
failed.

Bug description:
  aptdaemon FTBFS with python3-setuptools 65.5.0-1.

  I've copied what I hope is the relevant part of the log below.

  Spoiler alert: there may also be issues with python3-nose and Python
  3.11 [1], but it is recommended that packages migrate away from using
  nose anyway [2].
