Hello António; if we did not have Ubuntu Pro, these updates would
probably not be available at all, as Universe packages were community
supported. While some members of our community made heroic efforts to
support a few packages, by and large it didn't work great.
With Ubuntu Pro, Canonical is now supporting vastly more packages.
There are two free tiers of Ubuntu Pro, in addition to several paid
tiers. I suggest your friends investigate if these options are
appropriate for themselves.
Thanks

Title:
Last security update skipped 20.04 and 22.04
Status in imagemagick package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
The last security update for ImageMagick[1] updated Ubuntu 18.04 and
22.10, but skipped 20.04 and 22.04. Can you release a security update
for these two versions? Several of the involved vulnerabilities allow
for code execution via an attacker-controlled input file.
