Issue still persists in Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS. See attachment with a

  Step to reproduce:

  1. Open update-manager.
  2. Check to the list which has updates.
  3. Click "Details".
  4. Resize or maximize the window

  then, the Details of updates component is not resized with the new
  window dimension
