[Bug 2002856] [NEW] iconv does not support MACGREEK encoding

Public bug reported:

According to https://www.gnu.org/software/libiconv, the GNU iconv
implementation should support the MACGREEK encoding. Performing iconv -l
| grep GREEK on different systems with Ubuntu 22.10 and Ubuntu 20.04
only brought me lists of other greek encodings.

Convertings something from MACGREEK to UNICODE doesn't work.
