This bug was fixed in the package debconf - 1.5.82

debconf (1.5.82) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Bump debhelper from old 12 to 13.
  * Don't remove /var/cache/debconf/tmp.ci, to avoid warnings if it's a
    mountpoint (closes: #1028128).

  open2: exec of /tmp/mysql-server-5.0.config.89611 configure  failed at /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/ConfModule.pm line 57
  mysql-server-5.0 failed to preconfigure, with exit status 2
