I do have similar issue:

$ sudo apt upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 linux-tools-5.15.0-56-generic : Depends: linux-tools-5.15.0-56 but it is not installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt --fix-broken install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

then trying to fix it

$ sudo apt --fix-broken install
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Correcting dependencies... Done
The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
  linux-cloud-tools-5.15.0-48 linux-cloud-tools-5.15.0-48-generic linux-headers-5.15.0-48 linux-headers-5.15.0-48-generic linux-image-5.15.0-48-generic linux-modules-5.15.0-48-generic linux-modules-extra-5.15.0-48-generic
  linux-tools-5.15.0-48 linux-tools-5.15.0-48-generic
Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove them.
The following additional packages will be installed:
  linux-tools-5.15.0-56
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  linux-tools-5.15.0-56
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 62 not upgraded.
83 not fully installed or removed.
Need to get 0 B/7,954 kB of archives.
