dnspython grew new dependencies on python-h2 and httpx in order to
enable DNS Over HTTPS (DOH) support. Both dependencies are pulling in a
bunch of transitional dependencies that need MIR:

dnspython: python-h2, httpx

=> httpx: httpcore, rich
==> rich: markdown-it-py => mdurl
==> httpcore: python-h11, python-anyio => python-sniffio
