[Bug 2026293] [NEW] update xe-guest-utilities to 7.33.0

Public bug reported:

There have been numerous upstream releases. The newest version is 7.33.0, that is also already packaged in Fedora [1].
It would be very nice, if Ubuntu could ship the newer version as the current version even in Ubuntu 23.04 is now superseded since years.


NOTE: Upstream for some reason stopped doing releases on GitHub. The newer versions are only available as tags at https://github.com/xenserver/xe-guest-utilities/tags
