Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:

update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-5.19.0-45-generic

cpio failed with exit code 2 with trying to write to /var/tmp. cpio did
not print an error message. Could it be that your /var partition ran
full? Can you check that?
