[Bug 2028072] [NEW] cryptsetup password enrollment intermittently broken on ppc64el

Public bug reported:

On the ppc64el arch (only), cryptsetup does not always correctly enroll
a password in a luks volume.

I'll attach a reproducer script.

This happens only on ppc64el, and also this happens only on Ubuntu.
There is no failure on Debian or Fedora.
