[Bug 2028160] [NEW] Ubuntu 22.04 Installer's "Install Type" menu missing 1st 3 options

In the current Ubuntu 22.04 Installer the "Install Type" menu is is
missing the 1st 3 options preventing Re-installation and saving existing
Personal Files.

Refer to this image of what the "Install Type" menu *should* look like:

But the 1st Three options are Missing !

The attachment to this Bug report shows the above image also.   Again, using
Ubuntu 22.04 the 1st Three options are missing.
