Bug reporting is about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future
users from hitting the same bug.

You've reported this as an issue with a `do-release-upgrade` or `update-
manager`  or attempt to upgrade a 20.04 (focal) system to 22.04 (jammy)
by filing against the ubuntu-release-upgrader tool
(https://help.ubuntu.com/community/JammyUpgrades), but mention "font app
froze" ??.

Fonts are not used in that release-upgrade process (they are packages on
the system that will be upgraded), so you've possibly reported against
an incorrect package (FYI: ubuntu-release-upgrader is not involved in
normal upgrades, nor font processing)
