Firstly I'd suggest you switch to another mirror
(https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors) as the mirror you're
using does NOT (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/ftp.ntua.gr-
archive) support 22.04.

I've marked this bug as incomplete, as I see it as an support issue
(result of mirror choice).
