[Bug 2029022] [NEW] installer crashed

Public bug reported:

ubuntu studio didnt start anymore after i tried to use a (SELF encrypted
disk from a broken laptop in this laptop, but couldn't unlock it, and
after that the original disk didnt start anymore) then i tried to
install this UBUNTU LTS along to ubuntu studio on the laptop to keep my
data and try to have a working system again because only this one I
found on a USB disk ... and then the installer crashed and asked me to
file a bug report
