Ubuntu better!

I confirmed this on Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish), but this is no
bug in unzip.

  $ zip -d new.zip тест.txt
          zip warning: name not matched: тест.txt

  zip error: Nothing to do! (new.zip)
