This seems to be a duplicate of bug 2012388 but the reporter (Daniel M)
has not stated that AnyDesk is being used.

@Daniel M are you using AnyDesk?

@MB Please take a look at bug 2012388 and its many duplicates.

I'm changing the status of the gparted and synaptic tasks to
'Incomplete' for now as I don't think that those applications are at
fault and need fixing.

Bug description:
  I upgraded my Ubuntu desktop to  Ubuntu 23.04 I have noticed that any
  time i maximize my google chrome application, the top right section
  does not recognize any events including button clicks.
