[Bug 2022959] [NEW] grub-install failed

Public bug reported:

grub installation failed. happened while deleting and reinstalling
22.04.2 LTS. was reinstalling because uefi was booting directly to
windows (dual boot system) and would not detect linux boot, so i am
assuming grub error.
