Hello Stefaniia, thanks for taking the time to report your problem to
help improve Ubuntu.
You have added multiple custom PPAs (Personal Packet Archives) to your apt configuration files (/etc/apt/sources.list.d).
This is a common cause of errors when upgrading packages because the custom PPAs can contain newer versions of packages than the official ubuntu archive, making it impossible to resolve dependencies.
You should remove/disable the custom PPAs and uninstall the custom packages before you retry the upgrade.
It is not sufficient to just disable the custom PPAs as you will still have package versions from custom PPAs, which may provide package versions greater than the release to which you are upgrading.
You can use the ppa-purge tool to remove packages from custom PPAs.
After a successful upgrade, you can re-enable/install the PPAs and
packages.
Here is a Guide for removing/disabling PPAs as well as adding/re-enable
PPAs: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Ubuntu

[READ ME!] Please respond if the advice was helpful and if your problem
persists.
P.S.: There is a syntax error in your etc/apt/sources.list.d/openvpn-
aptrepo.list configuration file.
It contains the line:
deb http://build.openvpn.net/debian/openvpn/<stable> <focal> main
Which should be (notice the missing '<', '>'):
deb http://build.openvpn.net/debian/openvpn/stable focal main
This should not be the cause of your problem because apt update will
ignore the line.
