I forgot to update this: back when the FFe was granted, I got a NAK from
the QA team as the autopkgtests infrastructure was in a fairly bad
shape. Once things settled down, I deliberately chose not to upload
this, as I had a glibc upload pending (with a similarly heavy impact on
the infrastructure) and I chose to prioritize it.

==================================================================
dh-cargo has been uploaded to https://launchpad.net/~schopin/+archive/ubuntu/dh-cargo/+packages along with rust-document-features which succesfully built.
I believe those changes are relatively safe. However, one caveat is that it would trigger ~3000 autopkgtests (multiplied by our number of test arches) due to the way the Rust ecosystem is structured in the archive.
