Hello,
Thanks for your bug report
The Dpkg error is
dpkg: unrecoverable fatal error, aborting:
loading files list file for package 'kpartx-boot': cannot read /var/lib/dpkg/info/kpartx-boot.list (Input/output error)
and the kernel says
[14043.928764] blk_update_request: critical medium error, dev nvme0n1, sector 47260520 op 0x0:(READ) flags 0x0 phys_seg 1 prio class 0
[14044.030575] blk_update_request: critical medium error, dev nvme0n1, sector 47260520 op 0x0:(READ) flags 0x0 phys_seg 1 prio class 0
This tells me that this is not a software bug, but your SSD is starting to fail. Consider backing up your data and purchase a replacement.
