I observed this also on the Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 460 (64-Bit Intel Core
i7-6500U at 2.50GHzx4; 8GB RAM; Mesa Intel HD Graphics 520 (SKL GT2);
1xSSD-256GB; german QWERTZ) during the "Install (auto-resize) in Ubuntu
Desktop (Legacy) amd64 in Focal 20.04.6" testcase.

Installation in german.

  The battery state is displayed as "Not charging" although the laptop
  is plugged in and the hardware indicator light is on.
