  can't upgrade to ubuntu 23.04 and it says my source.list is problem

  i can't upgrade my ubuntu to 23.04. it returns error before getting
  new packages and says my /etc/apt/source.list file has something
  called 'ubuntu-minimal' and because of it can't continue upgrade.
