  I tried to go to the manpage to submit an issue: 
  https://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/bionic/man8/networkd-dispatcher.8.html
  In the resources section, the supplied URL is not valid. 
  https://github.com/craftyguy/networkd-dispatcher

  Seems they are Gitlab, but there is no issue tracker.
