[Bug 2018331] [NEW] Executing 'grub-install/dev/sdb' failed

Public bug reported:

every time i try to install os. 
'grub-install' error appear at last stage of installation. 
i try to format my ssd also try in hdd with full format but after that in installation last stage same error appear and i can't install the os.
please do needful an look into these issue
