[Bug 2018528] [NEW] Disk error during live install

Public bug reported:

After following steps to install from the 'Install (Live session) -
(Legacy)...' Testcase on iso.qa.ubuntu.com I ran into an error with the
disk after the password is set.

Files were being copied for install and the <Welcome to Ubuntu> slide
was up. I haven't had issues with installing from this media before.

There was a GTK error early on but everything worked properly after
that.
