WangYang, bug reports filed against the Ubuntu project and not against a
specific package will seldom reach anyone that can help resolve your
issue.

You said "can you help to fix this bug in the newest ubuntu images by
updating OpenSBI version for RISC-V architecture." This implies that
filing the bug against the opensbi package might alert someone that can
help you. Better there than here.

** Package changed: ubuntu => opensbi (Ubuntu)

Title:
T-HEAD C906 PMU on Allwinner Nezha Board installed Ubuntu Server
preinstalled image 23.04 do not fully work.

Status in opensbi package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
when testing hackbench by using perf tool based on hardware
performance events(cpu cycles) on Allwinner Nezha Board installed
Ubuntu Server preinstalled image 23.04 , i found that there was no
  samples.The results are below.

  ubuntu at ubuntu:~$ sudo perf record -e cpu-cycles -F 1499 -g ./hackbench
sudo perf report --no-children -G > riscv hackbench.txtRunning in process mode with 10 groups using 40 file descriptors each (= 400 tasksEach sender will pass 100 messages of 100 bytesTime: 17.347
perf record: Woken up 1 times to write data perf record: Captured and wrote 0.043 MB perf.data Error:
The perf.data data has no samples!

The reason why there was no samples is that there is still OpenSBI
1.1 on Ubuntu Server preinstalled image 23.04. you can refer to the
  link :
  https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/opensbi/cover/20221004164227.1381825-1-heiko@sntech.de/

can you help to fix this bug in the newest ubuntu images by updating
  OpenSBI version for RISC-V architecture.

  yours sincerely!
