Hello and thanks for this bug report. The scdaemon binary package comes
from the gnupg2 source package, so you filed the bug against the right
package. I however doubt we have a bug here: scdaemon installs just fine
on a clean Jammy system. The package currently depends on:
Depends: gpg-agent (= 2.2.27-3ubuntu2.1)
which is the version available in Jammy. Did you try running an `apt
update` before installing? Dd you perhaps manually pin or held (apt-mark
hold) packages? Thanks
** Changed in: gnupg2 (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Incomplete

Ubuntu 22.04: Fails on gpg-agent version
Status in gnupg2 package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Hi,
I am trying to install scdaemon on Ubuntu 22.04.
I currently get the following error, which I think is due to a pinning
mismatch (note ubuntu2 vs. ubuntu2.1) in the scdaemon package?
$ sudo apt install scdaemon
