I see Steve merged the livecd-rootfs changes for mantic without a
changelog entry, which got released to the archive. I added a changelog
entry for the jammy changes.

  Hi,

  This bug is to track changes needed to be able to build jammy images
  for arm64 hardware based on NVIDIA Tegra SoCs.
