  Without this update users cannot generate kinetic chroots for
  development.

  Attempt to debootstrap kinetic.

  [Where problems could occur]

  Nowhere really, this simply introduces a suite specific script which
  is not used unless you attempt to create and Ubuntu Kinetic chroot.
