By the way, when I select norsk bokmål as language I observe that some
menus give me norsk nynorsk.

  Installation on a non UEFi system fails.
  I can do a UEFI boot on a UEFI system. Installs OK.
  I can the move the SSD to a non-UEFi system where it runs OK.
