Bug description:
  After the update of the package libmagickwand-6.q16-6 to
  8:6.9.10.23+dfsg-2.1ubuntu11.5

  $ mogrify -profile sRGB_v4_ICC_preference.icc -strip -set profile sRGB_v4_ICC_preference.icc test.png
  mogrify: ../../magick/profile.c:1722: SetImageProfileInternal: Assertion `image->signature == MagickCoreSignature' failed.
  Aborted
  ```

  After downgrading the lib to 8:6.9.10.23+dfsg-2.1ubuntu11, the above
  command works.
