[Bug 2043295] [NEW] Upgrade not working on Dell XPS "Unresolvable problem"

Public bug reported:

While trying to upgrade to Ubuntu 23.10 (as prompted), I received an
error:

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the 
command 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' in a terminal. If 
you want to investigate this yourself the log files in 
'/var/log/dist-upgrade' will contain details about the upgrade. 
Specifically, look at 'main.log' and 'apt.log'.

I attempted to disable a few PPAs for things like Zotero and Brave
Browser, but I'm not a developer.

Help would be appreciated. Otherwise, I may back this up and just
install from scratch.
