[Bug 2043327] [NEW] Add FileCheck symlink

There is a symlink /usr/bin/clang to ../lib/llvm-16/bin/clang but no
/usr/bin/FileCheck link to /etc/alternatives or /usr/bin/FileCheck-16
which makes configuration of ispc fail:

CMake Error at cmake/FindLLVM.cmake:60 (message):
  Failed to find FileCheck
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  CMakeLists.txt:270 (include)

Please add FileCheck to /usr/bin.
